By accessing and / or using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and all policies listed on this website. Willowlicious reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as the need arises. New terms and conditions replace and supersede previous terms and conditions.
GDPR Acceptance
By accepting and proceeding with your order, you agree with the storage and handling of your data that includes sending data to 3rd parties to process your payment information, arranging for shipping, providing you with invoices, order confirmations and use of accounting services. Additionally, we use this order information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services and for other purposes described in our privacy policy
Delivery Lead Time
Typically we ship orders within 24 hours once payment has cleared our bank account. It normally takes 3 to 5 working days for deliveries to arrive at their destination, depending on your location in South Africa. During a busy holiday season it may take up to 8 business days for deliveries to arrive, but this is unusual. Our Delivery information is in accordance with our delivery term page.
- Your postal code on the shipping calculator determines if you fall into the national or regional areas, prices vary between these areas.
- The client is responsible for any extra delivery costs if the client is unable to receive package on the day of delivery.
- Willowlicious is not responsible for any loss incurred by courier deliveries.
Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Willowlicious does not do any refunds for goods that have been dispatched from our warehouse already. If a refund is granted for goods that have been dispatched, the customer will be responsible to refund our delivery charges from courier company which can be anything from R150 to R900 depending on location. Refunds are normally granted for cancelled orders that have not left our warehouse yet.
Using 3rd party payments a refund fee of R50 will be applied.

Restrictions on Sales
Placing an item in the shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order or an agreement of sale between the consumer and Willowlicious. Should an item not be available from the supplier, Willowlicious reserves the right to remove the item from the shopping basket. The consumer will be notified of the removal of the product and all reasonable effort will be made to suggest alternative products. Willowlicious reserves the right to change content and remove or add products as the need arises. While all reasonable effort is made to keep only available products listed, we rely on our suppliers to provide us with up to date information on their product range. Should a product no longer be available from the suppliers, we will inform you of this and suggest an alternative product which will fulfil your needs and your pet’s needs. Should this product be more expensive than the desired product, and if the customer wishes to purchase the new product, the consumer will be need to pay in the additional amount should this product be purchased.
Agreement of Sale
The agreement of sale between the consumer and Willowlicious comes into being when: – a credit card authorization is received from the issuing bank – a deposit via an electronic transfer is received by Willowlicious and reflects in Willowlicious’s bank account – A direct deposit is received by Willowlicious and reflects in Willowlicious’s bank account. Orders are held for a maximum of two days, if payment or proof of payement is not recieved during this time frame, the order will be automatically cancelled. Willowlicious reserves the right to refuse / not execute an order in part or in whole should circumstances arise. The consumer will be refunded any money already paid. Willowlicious can only accept transactions conducted in South African Rands and can only deliver products to premises within the Republic of South Africa.
Resale of Items
Resale of items is prohibited. Failure to do so will result in huge fines, payable immediately.
Username and Password
Before making any purchases on Willowlicious, you will be asked to set up your Willowlicious profile which includes a user name (email address) and password. It is your responsibility to not disclose this information to a third party. Should you believe your information to be compromised, please contact us immediately.
Code of conduct / Privacy / Laws
Willowlicious website is hosted, controlled and operated in South Africa and is thus governed by South African laws. Willowlicious will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of all customers to the website. Changing Content
Willowlicious reserves the right to change content and remove or add products as the need arises. Should a product no longer be available from the suppliers, we will inform you of this and suggest an alternative product which will fulfil your and your pet’s needs. Further to this, photographs of products that Willowlicious has taken belong to Willowlicious and cannot be copied from our website without express permission.
